All our classes for the week are on weather watch. With another heatwave predicted we will be monitoring the situation to if we can safely run classes.
More Than Just A Field. 30 minute 1-1 Introduction to SkellyWags Dog Training.
These special introduction sessions are all about seeing what SkellyWags is all about and if we are for you and your dog. To find out more or to book.
Recall Workshop. 8th August 14.00-15.30 FULL
Recalll workshop all about creating a reliable recall. Having a reliable recall is not about obedience but about having more off lead freedom. This fun workshop will give you fun, practical and easy to follow training exercises to strenghten that recall and build on teh bond you already have with your dog.

Price: £90 · Small group: Maximum 6 dogs.
If you’re looking for dog training classes in Kent, obedience training for older puppies, or a friendly, supportive place to build better everyday behaviour with your dog, our 5-week Life Skills for Dogs course is the perfect choice.
This course is suitable for dogs aged 6 months and older, whether you’re continuing from puppy classes or starting structured training for the first time.

Hoopers Workshop. Saturday 29th August 14.00, at Waggy Tails Field, Old Romney.
This fun beginners introduction to Hoopers will cover all the basics needed to get you and your dog started in this fun low impact activity. Once attended you will be able to attend our regular Sunday afternoon classes.
This low impact activity is great for young dogs and those who are a little older as it is all paws on the ground, no jumps or ramps. Check out what the fun activity of hoopers and if it is for you please do not hesitate to contact us. All our Hoopers sessions are held at our field in Old Romney, Romney Marsh, Kent. “Say Sausages” 1-2-1 Dog Training sessions.Romney Marsh, Kent.
So what makes these 1-2-1 dog training sessions different to our usual sessions? Well we are incorporating the amazing talents of Finley Moore, Finley Moore you say…never heard of him, well remember the name as you will one day! Finley is a very talented young photographer who has been taking photos for us for some time when we hold our Skellywags events and always manages to capture the dogs natural character. During these sessions Finley will be on hand to take some amazing photos of your dog. For cost and more information that a look here.
Dover Scentwork.
Skellywags School of Scent runs weekly scentwork with Sarah classes at East Studdal, Dover on Monday evenings. These classes are perfect for both beginners and experienced sniffers alike. Dover Day 1-1 Training Clinic. 10th August 2026.
The next Dover Day Training clinic is on the 10th August. These sessions can be to learn something new and fun like scentwork, hoopers, pattern games or to work on things like recall, loose lead walking, settle, jumping up etc. These are your 1-1’s so you decide on what we do.
